A family law lawyer, to work out legal questions, check the draft settlement and file the divorce petition with the court;

A mortgage consultant, to check, at an early stage, whether the desired mortgage is feasible;

A Register Valuator,for a realistic valuation of the company, so that feasible agreements can be made about division, maintenance and pension when an entrepreneur is going through a divorce;

A tax consultant, for difficult tax issues;

A child coach, if extra attention is needed for the children during the divorce;

A civil-law notary,to draw up the deed of division after the divorce, including the transfer of the house, the company, etc.

Of course, I only call in these experts after consultation with and approval of the divorcing partners
